At GOLFBUDDY UK, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your new rangefinder or GPS device doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original packaging, includes all accessories and manuals, and shows no signs of physical damage or wear.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.

• 3.
  Package Your Device

  Securely pack the device to prevent damage during transit and clearly mark the outside of the package with your assigned RMA number.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our technicians have inspected the returned unit, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
